24 hour notice of cancellation is required. If failed to do so, you will be billed for the full cost of the missed session.

A basic health history intake form will be required when you arrive. Download a blank form if you prefer to fill it out in advance.  Please wear comfortable shorts or underwear bottoms and sport bra or bralette.
